Enright Asphalt recently completed another large parking lot striping project for a tuition free public charter school, this time at its Commerce City campus serving students in grades K through 8.

Like another school project we completed earlier this year, the parking lot had just undergone a full-depth asphalt removal and replacement. While the overall traffic pattern remained the same, the new asphalt left us with a blank slate. Every parking stall, ADA space, crosswalk, stop bar, and directional arrow had to be measured and laid out before any striping could begin.
The project included parking lot striping across approximately 97,000 square feet of new asphalt. Our crew carefully laid out and striped 182 parking stalls along with ADA parking spaces, directional arrows, stop bars, pedestrian crosswalks, and other required pavement markings.

Because every marking had to be established from scratch, the project required more than simply applying paint. Accurate layout is critical to maintaining proper traffic flow, parking dimensions, and ADA compliance. Taking the time to measure and position each marking correctly ensures the finished parking lot functions as intended for students, parents, staff, and visitors.

The completed parking lot provides the school with clean, highly visible pavement markings that improve safety and organization throughout the campus. It is another great example of the precision and attention to detail that goes into every parking lot striping project completed by Enright Asphalt.
