We completed parking lot maintenance for the Courtyard by Marriott on Pearl Street in Boulder. The scope included crack sealing, sealcoating, and restriping across 67,000 sq ft, with 1,700 gallons of sealer applied to protect the surface and refresh traffic markings.
Hotels run 24/7, so we built a phased plan with management to keep parking, check-in, and room access open for guests at all times. Thursday: we sealcoated and restriped half of the lot. We planned to finish on Saturday, but overnight rain left the pavement too wet for coating. Sunday: we returned and completed the remaining sealcoat. Monday: we finished striping the rest of the lot so the property could reopen with clear, high-visibility stalls and ADA access.
