Enright Asphalt recently completed a parking lot maintenance project for the Shops at Riverbend, a busy retail center in Littleton that includes multiple restaurants, a bank, and a LaMar’s Donuts that opens daily at 5:00 AM. To minimize disruption, we coordinated closely with Westar Real Property Services to phase the project and maintain access for customers throughout the process.

Although the 28,000 square foot lot could have been completed in a single day under ideal conditions, this job required strategic staging to keep key areas open. We scheduled work for Monday and Tuesday—the complex’s slowest days—but incoming rain forced us to end Phase 1 early on Monday. Fortunately, we were able to complete most of the initial crack sealing and sealcoating before the rain arrived. That evening, we returned to stripe the finished sections.

Due to continued rain on Tuesday, we returned on Wednesday to complete the final sealcoat application and returned that evening to finish the remaining striping, including all ADA-compliant parking stalls.
In total, we applied just over 800 gallons of sealer across the site.

We’d like to extend a sincere thank you to Westar Real Property Services and the tenants—including the restaurants and the bank—for their patience and flexibility throughout the project. Working together allowed us to maintain a safe, accessible space for customers while delivering a freshly sealed and clearly marked lot.
