Why Sealcoating Matters in Denver
Denver’s climate is harder on asphalt than most homeowners realize. Coal tar has documented environmental impacts and we won’t put it on your property. We apply hot crack sealer to any cracks a quarter inch or larger before sealcoating. If your driveway has deterioration that goes beyond what sealcoating can address, we’ll tell you honestly whether repair or replacement makes more sense first.
