Enright Asphalt recently completed a multi-phase asphalt maintenance project at a busy office complex in Greeley, CO. Located at 6801 W 20th Ave, the site is home to multiple medical offices and a community bank, making accessibility and coordination essential throughout the process.

We worked closely with the property management team to phase the work around peak business hours, keeping the lot accessible for patients, customers, and staff while ensuring our crews had the time and space needed to complete each stage of the job safely and efficiently.

Days 1–2: Asphalt Repairs & Concrete Work
The first phase focused on asphalt repairs. We milled and patched multiple failing areas throughout the parking lot and laid 97 tons of hot mix asphalt to restore the surface. In addition to the asphalt work, we performed targeted concrete repairs, including a section of curb and a deteriorated apron that had become a safety concern.

Saturday: Crack Sealing & Full-Lot Sealcoating
With the repairs complete, we returned on Saturday to begin sealcoating the parking lot. After a full lot cleaning, we sealed cracks throughout the asphalt to protect against water intrusion. From there, two spray crews applied 1,500 gallons of sealer, covering more than 70,000 square feet. A few new parking blocks were also installed to improve layout and safety in specific areas.

Sunday: Pavement Markings & Final Touches
We wrapped up the project on Sunday with restriping. Our crew striped over 100 parking stalls, including ADA-compliant spaces and directional arrows to improve traffic flow throughout the lot. The fresh striping not only enhanced visibility and organization but gave the lot a clean, professional finish.

This project showcases Enright Asphalt’s ability to deliver high-quality results on complex, high-traffic properties. By phasing the work carefully and executing on a tight schedule, we helped the client restore and protect their pavement—without disrupting their operations.
